KAAN SERVI (1995) was born and raised in Istanbul,Turkey. In 2019, he obtained BSc (Hons) Degree from Istanbul Technical University where he was awarded with “1st Place Prize in Department” & “Best Graduation Project of the Department”. In 2022, he received MBArch Degree from Escola Tècnica Superior d’Arquitectura de Barcelona, UPC. From his simultaneous experiences at the academy and in professional life, he advocates that “research” and “design” are inseparable entities during the project. The proliferation of theories through design and actions, which are both physical and social, is his primary objective. The communication of buildings should be simple so that ordinary people understand and utilize the architectural object as it has been proposed and conceived. Therefore, to simplify  the messages of the buildings would eventually enable everyone to understand and be involved.
